This shot of Scat VII in the background of another shot is the only one I have of it to document that Scat VII was there. Unfortunately the man's head blocks the full ID and there was a Scat VI also scheduled to attend. The pilot for Scat VI didn't bring Scat VI so this has to be Scat VII. My notes also indicated that I saw Scat VII but didn't take a picture because the canopy cover was still on. That accounts for 76 Mustangs at the event plus there was a P-51G restoration on display. So far that seems to be the accepted number of Mustang at the event.
